What’s YOUR big idea?

Register now for the 2010 Mini-Mentoring Marathon!

The Mini-Mentoring Marathon is an opportunity to meet with experienced industry professionals, engineers, consultants, and entrepreneurs to discuss your ideas for PennVention. The marathon has a speed-dating format, meaning you'll sit down with various industry professionals for 15 minutes each. The deadline to register your team is December 1, 2009.

The Mini-Mentoring Marathon will take place on December 11, 2009 between 10 am and 2 pm at the Weiss Tech House.

Student Inventors and Entrepreneurs

The winners for the 2009 PennVention competition have been announced! Ten teams competed for cash and other prizes in the annual Innovation Fair on April 10th at Wu and Chen Auditorium. The list of winners and descriptions of the 10 finalist teams can be found here.

Over 25 teams submitted ideas for the 2009 Achievement Round. Distinguished judges representing areas ranging from product development to venture capital will now be evaluating submissions using an online judging system. Teams will be notified in early March of their standing within the competition.

This year's Mini Mentoring Marathon was the most successful marathon in PennVention's history. With over 60 submissions from teams, the mentors were able to help shape many innovative ideas for the upcoming phases of the competition. For more information about the marathon, please see our process page.
