Process
- Individuals or teams will submit one or more opportunities to the Darwinator by January 31.
- Individuals will evaluate at least 20 opportunities via the Darwinator between February 1 and February 8. The most highly rated 10 opportunities are eligible to make a "pitch" at the Idea Slam.
- Idea Slam will be held on February 16:
- Event has two stages:
- Poster session where the 10 highest rated opportunities set up a poster or booth where they can discuss their ideas one–on–one with audience members and develop their pitch from audience interaction.
- Presentation session where each team makes 2 minute pitch to the full audience.
- The audience will vote for the best idea.
- The session will be followed by a mixer reception to encourage team formation around opportunities.
