Submissions are a one paragraph description of an opportunity.

What Constitutes an Opportunity? It could be a "need" a "solution" or a combination of both. Focus is on technological innovation, but the technology need not be worked out. Indeed, it is unlikely the technology will be worked out. Best opportunities are those that arise from a deeply felt need. Opportunities with no technological innovation should not be submitted.
